Terraced cottage in the old town is a charming property located in the old town of Pollensa with private garage.



The house is located on the first floor up the stairs, it has a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) with air conditioning, a spacious and bright living room with comfortable reclining chairs and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, work desk and air conditioning. The high wooden beams and stone pillar are original to the historic house. You will find a modern bathroom with a 25 cm Hansgrohe rainfall shower located between the living room and the bedroom.



It has a lovely terrace with views of the village and the Tramontana mountains to enjoy your holidays.



It is ideal for a home office as it has fibre optic WiFi.



Its perfect location and private garage make it a privileged holiday home. You will be in the centre of the town and just a five-minute walk from Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés and a delicious ice cream parlour.

Supermarkets are just a few minutes' drive away, and small neighbourhood shops are within easy reach.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful town has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.

The landmarks of the town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which stands the small eighteenth-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

In the historic setting of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.



Cala Sant Vicenç is only 10 minutes' drive away, and 6 km away is the (port) Port of Pollença, which is situated in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. The house provides beach chairs and towels for your enjoyment. Unlike other holiday destinations in Mallorca, the coastline is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel complexes. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.



Important notices



In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is charged for each guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person:

from 1 November to 30 April €0.55 and

from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.



Only smoking is permitted outside.
