The apartment has just been renovated in a modern style, while preserving the traditional character of the homes in the historic center. It is spread over two levels and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with towels and complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer in each bedroom, a kitchen-dining area, and a terrace with a view of the mountains.
The space
The apartment is completely independent, has its own entrance, and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
On the first floor are two comfortable and quiet bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and a balcony. Both rooms feature decorative wallpaper and are equipped with queen-size beds, air conditioning, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
On the second floor is the spacious, modern, and fully equipped kitchen. At your disposal are a kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and capsules, washing machine, an iron, and a table that seats six; a spacious bathroom with a 140 cm-wide shower; and an elegant, inviting terrace with distinctive majolica tile flooring, comfortable sofas, and a dining area where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors with a view of the mountains.
CHILDREN’S AMENITIES
Upon request, a crib and a high chair with a tray are available free of charge for your children.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in Capaci, a little gem nestled between the sea and the mountains.
We’re right in the historic center, the beating heart of local social life, where you can enjoy all the traditional culinary delights and where services and daily necessities are within easy reach. Within walking distance, you’ll find bars, a pharmacy, a post office, a supermarket, a tobacco shop, bakeries, butcher shops, and more.
Music and shows during the summer will liven up your evenings.
From June through August, a shuttle departs from the square and takes you directly to the waterfront (seasonal municipal service—not guaranteed).
STRATEGIC LOCATION BETWEEN THE BEACHES, PALERMO, AND THE AIRPORT.
- 50 meters from Capaci’s main square;
- 500 meters from the train station for Palermo and the airport;
- 1.5 km from the beach (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot);
- 10 km via the highway from the “Falcone and Borsellino” Airport;
- 12 km via the highway from the city of Palermo and Mondello;
- 100 km via the highway toward Trapani, in the direction of San Vito, Marsala, and Mazara del Vallo.
PARKING
The property does not have private parking, but street parking is easily available (ample free parking).

Barring unforeseen circumstances, I’ll be delighted to welcome my guests. If I am unable to be present upon your arrival, you can check in on your own.
I will still be available throughout your stay for any advice or assistance you may need.

Please note that the town of Capaci charges a tourist tax, payable in cash upon arrival (1.50 euros per person per day). The tax goes to the town of Capaci.
