The stay was great, exactly what it looked like and what we wanted for an excellent time in Indy. Very walkable to Mass Ave. and close enough to walk to downtown (if it's warm enough).
The reservation process is cumbersome with Cozy Suites - once you reserve through VRBO, they then ask you to reserve and pay through their own site (which sounds shady, but I wasn't charged twice). Directions to check in are good, very automated and they TRY to make things easy. However, they had a problem with our lockbox code and it took 15-20 minutes to reach someone there to take care of it. They still hadn't fixed the issue by the time we left, which was particularly frustrating.
Still, for the price and location, it was worth the bit of difficulty.
