During the right season, it’s a wonderful experience to go whale-watching as the whales breed in Samaná Bay, or to visit the incredible Los Haitites archipelago, the beautiful little island of Cayo Levantado, the famous Playa Rincón (designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site and ranked among the top ten beaches in the world), and the many wonderful white-sand beaches and romantic coves in the immediate vicinity.
