We had a wonderful stay with our family over the 4th of July weekend. Very spacious for a large family. Will definitely stay again.

Communication was great! The house is exactly as described and very nice. It was comfortable and in a great location.

Family friendly very nice property

This is an older home, cute and inviting with little extras placed out for guests like a craft drawer, snacks, and even toothbrushes if you forgot yours. The property is large with plenty of space to catch a ball or enjoy a fire. The bottom of the description states that the father in law lives in the home, in his own area. Make sure you know that. I neglected to read that small bit and was quite surprised that someone was there on our arrival. The door locks to the house from the inside, but the front door is only a keypad, so we didn't feel great about this, but it was my fault. It's worth noting that we had no issues that arose from this while we were there. So, the reason for 3 stars is really because of the beds. They're in desperate need of upgrading. They are very old, extremely loud and squeaky, waking us with every tiny movement and so uncomfortable. Plus, when we stripped the beds for cleaning (which was a requirement on leaving), the mattress protectors were filthy and torn up. It was gross. Everything else was just fine.
