Summary:
This sweet 2-bedroom cottage will make you feel right at home in scenic outport NL. This cottage once sat on the nearby Ship Island and was brought here to its current home on shores of Hatchet Harbour. Located approximately 20 minutes from Twillingate, this cottage offers a quiet seaside experience and proximity to nearby tourism attractions and amenities.
The Space:
As is typical in this area, you'll enter the home through the laundry room. From there you'll enter the bright, dine-in kitchen. The comfy living area sits just off the kitchen and the two bedrooms and full bathroom are also located on the main floor. There is an outdoor deck area overlooking beautiful Hatchet Harbour. The sitting area down by the water (firepit and chairs is shared with the vacation home next door) To get down to the water walk around to the driveway between the red home and white home.
It's important to know there is a security camera on the premise which overlooks the driveway
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property. There is a wharf on the property that is shared with the two neighbouring homes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are welcome to park on the left hand side of the driveway. The right hand side is occupied by the neighbouring property.

The area was very remote, quiet, has a great view of the lake from the deck. Kitchen was simple, has everything you need. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Wish there was a ledge/table around the sink area where we can put our toiletries.
Bedroom mattress was uncomfortable though…we felt like we were sliding to the middle of the bed, other than that all was good!

Lovely, comfy cottage. Host was away but provided all the information we needed including tips for the area. Easy very close drive to Twillingate. Beautiful harbour view. Everything you needed to relax, cook & do laundry.

Perfect quiet, comfortable, roomy, and scenic location close to everything we wanted to do and see in the Twillingate area. Laundry was a bonus!
