The kitchen and bathroom was good. We ran out of trash bags and could not locate the additional ones. We purchased some and left the extras on the island.

Everything was so great we decided to stay 2 more nights! Location of condo was ideal. Easy to get everywhere on the island. Dave is a great host!

Great condo! The guest closet was one of the best stocked ones we've seen at a beach VRBO. They had a beach tent, a speaker, beach chairs, multiple floats and pool noodles, beach towels, snorkel equipment and a big cooler. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The best part is definitely the big balcony. We ate every meal out there to enjoy the view! Dave is a very communicative host and overall a great person. We were stranded in St. Thomas for several days because of the mass flight cancelation in January and Dave reduced his minimum night stay requirement and offered a discount to help those that were stranded. He replies very quickly to any questions you have. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice and quiet place
