Great place for larger groups. Very convenient to all parks and stores.

The place was cleaned but few light bulbs were out and the dryer was not cleaned out. Needs some more chairs, a desk for some of that have to work a little, also need more waste baskets. Not sure where to put the recycle items, there was no separate can. Host was responsive.

I appreciated how clean this place was . Our little ones really enjoyed the pool !

The house is ok and in a gated community but while it is inside encore you don't get to use any amenities like the gym or waterpark, the furniture could use an update as there was a torn chair and the leather was worn on the couch
