Yunheyebo Hotel - South Gate of Bell and Drum Tower

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to China! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, both when we arrived and when we left. They were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with loading our luggage into the car that took us to the train station. The service when we were escorted to our room was outstanding. The staff member who accompanied us was extremely attentive and took the time to explain all the hotel's facilities and services. The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and organize our belongings comfortably. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, with several good restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room, which was a very nice touch. Throughout our stay, the customer service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and willing to help whenever we had questions.

However, there were some frustrating issues with the booking process. The price for the same room varied significantly across different booking platforms. We booked through Booking.com and ended up paying more than what was listed on Chinese booking platforms. Additionally, the Chinese booking platform stated that all guests could enjoy free airport pickup and drop-off services. However, when we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that this service was only available for certain room types. This inconsistency was confusing and disappointing, especially for international guests who rely on the information provided online.
