Very basic but clean room. Everything work well. For the price, good value. Nice area near resturants and hubs.
Internet was unreliable and would cut out at times. Desk/table thing felt like it was falling from the wall. Power points are in very odd areas and really high off the ground/desk?

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The property had a large supermarket down below, which was very convenient. The aircon and WiFi worked well, and there was filtered drinking water.
The water from the shower would not drain properly in the bathroom, which was a bit frustrating as it would sit there stagnant, despite being provided with a mop to entice it into the drain.
