Hotel and staff is good. Facilities are also good. Easy check in check out.

Blanket wasn’t clean. I asked to change but didn’t change. I stayed for 2 days but cleaning not done on the next day.

Always remember, if you book a room through Booking.com, it may show “Breakfast Included,” but there is no mention anywhere about a ₹200 cap. Neither the website nor the app explains this limitation. You only come to know about it when you reach the hotel and ask for breakfast, and the staff updated me that the breakfast is limited to ₹200. Since I didn’t take the breakfast, they adjusted ₹200 in my final bill. What’s disappointing is the lack of transparency from Booking.com, because as customers we trust the information shown at the time of booking. The only positive part is that the hotel staff clearly informed us, which I genuinely appreciate.

The hotel staff were very polite, cooperative, and their hospitality was truly good. As for Booking.com, they acknowledged the mistake on their side and compensated me accordingly.

The location was great, walkable distance to Moulsarai avenue. Also the sercices were good, waterbottel, towel, soap etc was there, reception guy was also helpful.

the room wasnt super maintained, it was not clear the floor and washroom has baby cocroaches., the bed was old and curtains were broken and low maintained. Scope to improve their clealiness.
