My room was beautiful and spacious (room no. 5). I loved the high ceilings and that heritage/antique vibe. The shower is huge. :) The lovely ladies on the staff (Nabs and Mumtas and another lady who's name I did not get) were very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located which cut down travel time to various areas of Cape Town. It was nice and quiet at night (my room was upstairs).
There was no bar fridge in the room.

The property is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants which is nice .
The front gate has to be opened every time we enter or leave the property and staff wasn’t always available for that . Waited outside for 30 mins after buzzing the front door multiple times. The roof was leaking on our first night and the only solution was to put a mat on the floor to soak up the water .
