The apartment is located in a nice location on a quiet street, it is large and spacious. Overall rating 8/10.
To be a perfect ten the carpentry needs to be renovated because it is very old, the furniture in the apartment is quite worn out. There is a smell of dampness in the basement where the kitchen is.

Tasteful and well designed refurbishment as triplex, airy and spacious; thoughful inclusion of a second fridge in the lounge to obviate need to go to basement kitchen for chilled drinks/snacks.
Bug screens on all windows not as effective as could be.

"Excellent location - close to the historic center of Valetta, but still a bit outside of the main tourist crowds.
Great authentic feel of the accommodation, with relaxing lime stone details and plenty..."
