Spacious and quiet, full kitchen with complete utensils and kitchenware. Close to Sloans Lake.
Not many restaurants can be chosen nearby

It was close to Sloan Park as well as a number of dining locations within walking distance; minutes to Union Station area.
The hosts were very responsive to my calls/texts.
Only 1 bathroom. Not a problem of course for one person, but difficult to recommend if more than 2 guests.
It is located on a fairly busy street corner in a popular neighborhood. If windows are open the traffic noise is noticeable! If closed the rooms are pretty quiet.
My room was on the second floor which was accessible only by stairs. Not impossible but glad my luggage was light this trip.

It was nicely furnished, roomy, very clean, everything you might need was available. Great location near the lake, nice brewery, restaurant walkable. Definitely plenty of room for 4, a little tight for 6 esp if not from one family. Fantastic customer service.
