Food was everywhere to eat and a lot of variety. Also we were a 20 walk or 6 min taxi from the Ben Thanh market.
The check in process was weird. This isn't a hotel but an apartment building. There are signs that say temporary residence was not allowed which made me feel like at any time we would need to relocate but people were checking in everyday so it must have been fine.

Close to the city
Nice view of the river
Pool access was strangely limited as the owner needs to sign you up for when you want to use the pool everyday

Nice and spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the city. Beds are good.
The apartment and the building is in serious need of maintenance. The pictures are from the time when the building was new - it’s not anymore.
You can access the pool, but it’s only open from 9-5 Tuesday to Sunday. And you have to write the staff minimum 30 minutes before, as the have to show up at the pool, to tell the guard, that you are allowed to swim.

Proximité avec centre ville à 15minutes à pied et commerce juste dessous de l’immeuble ce qui est pratique
Propreté du logement et travaux à l’entrée du bâtiment beaucoup de poussière
