It is a lovely caravan. Positioned well in the park. Lovely access to the little outdoor space to sit in the sun. Amazing value for the price we paid - thank you!
The main bathroom had some black mould on the tiles. There was also a slight small of dog when we first went in, but we aired it out. Sofas had quite a few stains on them but doesn’t affect the use. It felt the sofa needed a deep clean. Few tears in the net curtains etc. The chairs in the kitchen also need tightening.

Nothing to dislike

The caravan beds were very comfortable and had some really good sleep.
There were some nice extras like a pint of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee with biscuits on arrival.
It's always nice to have a hoover, not that I wanted to hoover all holiday but it's sometimes nice to feel the caravan is cleaner. Also, no mop.
We also had an Ant infestation but nothing was done.

Caravan was generally clean, but corners a little dusty in places
Stains on sofa and curtains ripped.
Beds were not made up on arrival and no toilet rolls or washing up items, tea coffee or milk Called the telephone number provided and this was swiftly sorted by the polite gentleman we spoke to.
