The hotel staff was tha absolute highlight of this stay. They not only remembered us during every chat, but helped share important suggestions and cultural insights. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bathroom and shower were beyond perfect for 8-10hr walks. This was by far one of the best experiences in a hotel I've ever had. They go well beyond and above to help make it a memorable stay.

The breakfast could have had a few more options in the buffet.

Supermooi hotel. Tot in de details doorgedacht. Fantastisch ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mochten tot einde dag blijven, na uitcheckend, wachtend op onze trein.

Locatie is wel een relatief dure en beetje saaie buurt. Dus kom echt voor het hotel!

Restaurant…arriving at 8.00pm tired and hungry after long day flying we were told that our first three choices on the menu had run out and unavailable!! We walked in light rain to Phrom Phong to find dinner!! The next morning the first item we ordered Unavailable!! Waitress was really nice and came up with a compromise….day 4 I went down just before 11.00am and asked for an omelette ……sorry kitchen is closed was the response! I have been travelling to Bangkok for over 30 years and have stayed in the majority of 5;star hotels and to say this was a disappointing experience is an understatement and hurts because the staff overall in this Hotel are amazing ………their restaurant absolutely let them down in my honest opinion
