We had an amazing stay. Tim & Carol communicated very well and the place was clean and so nice. Highly recommend

We stayed in this condo the first week in June and had a wonderful time. It was clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. We really loved the large balcony that had a great view of the gulf. This time of year it is always mostly shaded which was great for us. Tim was great with communication (even if I wasn't always). As for Lakefront Wharf, we enjoyed it overall. The multiple pools kept our granddaughter busy and the beach is a very short walk. There were plenty of chairs by the pools. It is walking distance from Walmart and multiple restaurants. As for the dreaded elevators, we had no issues and never waited more than five minutes, although being in early June it probably wasn't peak season yet.We would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

The host was very helpful and communicated with us on a regular basis. The unit was exactly like it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Only issues is the elevator was broken to the condo. The walk is horrible. Someone tried to hit my husband with water bottles from top floor. Security no help... Toilet was running " my husband fixed it.. Cover to master bed smelled bad, however with the washing machine that was no problem. Would diffently stay again if the elevator is working.
