KAYA 3BR, Vitet, St Barthelemy

Overlooking the panorama, the villa « Kaya » offers a view of the ocean and the hills of Vitet.

The generous volumes, sublimated by superb exposed beams and large bay windows, bathe the living spaces in light and naturally extend the living room and the kitchen open to the terrace and the sea.

The pool with turquoise reflections is the centerpiece of the property. It stands out for a rare architectural detail: a large integrated glass wall, visible from the bedroom, allowing you to admire the inside of the pool and the dance of the water from the sleeping area – an experience as spectacular as it is unique.

Around it, the wooden terrace, the sun loungers and the covered lounge with hammocks invite you to relax in front of the horizon.

This can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

* This villa has 4 bedrooms and this is the 3-bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever 3 bedroom you like and the other bedrooms are simply locked off during the stay. The entire villa is still private for your group*
