The only thing that I would suggest is the mattress in the king bedroom with the balcony had a trough in the middle from wear

This is an excellent property! They thought of everything. We were there with six adults and one child (11). Everyone had plenty of room. The place is new, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very clean. We honestly can't think of anything we noticed missing that we might need. We had folks on either side of us and we didn't hear a peep out of them, so even though the units are attached they are obviously well built for sound considerations. The location is quiet and convenient. We enjoyed watching the mule deer walk by the back patio in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!
