Only item that would make it better would be a TV in the corner outside at the pool area next to house. You could watch TV while in pool or hot tub or just hanging out in this wonderful backyard. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place! Easy to walk over to the beach (made easier with the wagon and chairs), enough room/bathrooms for 4 couples, and the private pool in the back was gorgeous. We had so much fun and the home was immaculate. We plan on staying here next year as well since we loved it so much.

Island Chic was perfect. Looking at pictures in review make me want to go back. Perfect location. A block from beach. Everything for the most part is walkable. Didn't need a cart ever (but did have car access) House was decorated great. Holmes Beach is where you want to be in AMI. Had two families. one kid each. (double bed room does not have own bathroom, but minor issue) Outdoor space is amazing. Had blast playing mini putt putt and ping pong. Hot tub was HOT! Would absolutely recommend. Also, the rental company AMI is 5 star as well.

Our family had an amazing stay at this recently remodeled four-bedroom home on Anna Maria Island. The location was superb, just a short walk from the beach so we spent many sunny days on the sand and in the calm blue water. The house itself was not only beautifully designed but also filled with thoughtful amenities. The backyard was a hit – the putting green brought out our competitive sides, the cornhole set was a family favorite, and the ping pong table provided endless entertainment, especially on the one rainy day while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a very welcome and refreshing bonus. Overall, the mix of beach proximity and fun activities made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this vacation rental for families looking for both relaxation and play!
