If you’re looking for a place close to the center of Indy, it’s a great location. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil and could walk to the stadium. The apartment is unique and we liked the layout. The check in and out process was fine with no issues. The property could use some maintenance, blinds broken in the main room that only came down about 75% the way, only three plastic glasses to use and three mugs for coffee and minimal other kitchen utensils. Which were in the dishwasher and hadn’t been cleaned yet. There were four of us staying. We also were only given two towels. When notified, they did offer to bring more in the morning but by that time we had already gone to a local store to buy more. The place has a lot of potential but needs some TLC and proper cleaning and stocking for guests.
