Loved our stay in Rockport. House was clean and well set up. Kinda out of the way, but worth it. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Fooseball table could use some tightening. I didn't have my allen wrenches with me. 5th bedroom doesn't have a door, just a curtain. Not an issue with our people, we just needed a bed after a long day cooking at the Rockport Crawfish Festival. Large driveway and parking are and use of the garage was great. Plenty of room for 5 vehicles! Overall, a great place to stay and will probably look to book again.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep. It felt like a rushed turnover: towels had black hairs, and trash from the last guests was just left in the garage, causing a bad smell. Sheets and pillowcases had stains, mattresses had no protectors, and they were out of K-cups for the Keurig. Some light fixtures were missing bulbs or glass covers. The pool is above ground with rusty ladders, and there were fire ants in the backyard and ants in the driveway. The property really needs a thorough cleaning, better maintenance, and pest control before I’d recommend it.
