We had a great stay. All were very happy.

This is a great property for family get togethers. The pool was excellent and the handicap bathroom was exactly what we needed for our wheelchair bound son. Questions about amenities could have been answered in a more timely manner. There was leftover construction trash on the property and the kayaks and outside shower were unusable. The other bathrooms could use some updating and the plumbing made strange noises. The property could benefit from posting an explanation of access to amenities, garbage pickup days, labels for exterior and pool lights, elevator operation and tv access. Otherwise we had a great time for our first visit to St. George Island.

The house is in a great location with lots of trees and views of the bay. It’s a well appointed and comfortable place. Our only issue was having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest. It limited privacy for that guest. The elevator was not working so this was the only option. Otherwise we had a great stay.

This is partly a review about the house and partly for the area in general - me and 4 of my old high school friends stayed at the property for 4 days. The house was great for our needs - a bit oddly laid out but it didn't really matter. Ultimately, we had everthing we needed and were very comfortable. The area in general is a fantastic piece of the gulf coast - not overdeveloped like so many other places and a real laid back vibe that we were after. And truly some of the best seafood we've ever had (oysters and shrimp for sure). All-in-all strongly recommend this house and location for a relaxing and beatiful gulf coast getaway
