Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Depandance is a welcoming residence characterized by generous outdoor spaces, ideal for those who enjoy open-air living in complete freedom.
Crossing the large garden, you reach the covered porticos that lead into the home — spacious and comfortable areas perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing moments, or sharing time together.
Inside, the living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one with a French-size bed (one-and-a-half size), both overlooking the garden, which brings natural light and a sense of continuity with the outdoors.
La Depandance is the perfect solution for families or small groups seeking functional interiors and expansive outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day.
