This was a great house for our family/friends vacation. It is located perfectly in the Keys. The house was clean and spacious. The view of the ocean was excellent. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The only downside was the seaweed that was coming in, but that is nature.

This is a fabulous house! It is everything the listing described. We had 4 couples each with teenage children down for spring break. The house perfectly suited our needs. The view is beautiful, and the landscaping gives the house lots of privacy from the neighbors. The beach is right out front and was raked clean every morning. The dock is great for convenience but the winds need to be suitable to keep a boat on it. I kept my boat at the Key Colony Marina around the corner when the winds picked up but did manage to keep it out there a couple of nights tied between the pilings. The kitchen was well equipped and the house even has a Blackstone outdoor griddle as well as a nice gas grill. This house has a very large feel to it which allowed for us to all have plenty of space. We would Definately rent this house again.

This house is perfect!!There wasn’t anything that could have made our stay better except for the weather!

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place. There was plenty of room to spread out and so very nicely appointed. It was a plus to have the pool heated and view was gorgeous. I highly recommend this vacation home.
