## Emplacement
La Ciotat is located in the middle of a large gulf, the Gulf of Love, 33 km from Marseille and 40 km from Toulon. It lies at the heart of the Parc des Calanques. Its two calanques, Le Mugel and Figuerolles, are distinguished from those of Cassis by their red color and typical shapes (eagle's beak, dog's head).
