Todos elogios à equipe desde a portaria , recepção, concierges ressaltando Mariana que foi uma amiga em Fort Worth que ganhou meu coração. Transporte con excelentes motoristas, conforto e pontualialidade. Todo o serviço no bar estão de Parabéns, as atendentes, os garçons no café da manhã. Tudo perfeito. Um serviço e Hotel que fez roda diferença em nossa estadia, virou nossa 2ª casa. Agradeço e Parabenizo à todos da equipe! Obrigada!! Minha Família e eu ficamos muito felizes com nossa escolha!! Todos pontos positivos!

Location is great!
Valet was irritating. , over crowded and slow, construction was frustrating to get in and out. Check out on Sunday morning was awful….one person working and a huge line to checkout. The bar on the top played extremely loud music and people congregated in the hall outside rooms kept us up until 1;30 am. When we called down the associate said it would end soon… no apologies etc… very disappointing. Mediocore.
