Clean , spacious and in a great location
Key collection and drop off. 10 to 15 minute walk from property which isn’t great when you have luggage and have travelled. Would be much better to utilise lock box

Property was clean and facilities were great, everything you need for your stay
Some cutlery from previous customers weren’t cleaned properly (nothing to do with actual staff)

It is a great location near trains and buses
Both bathroom and kitchen floors were dirty on arrival.
No wardrobes and cupboards to hang or put clothes . On arrival the outside of property there was rubbish . One hour in we got a knock on the door asking if they could drop off linen for the next group which was going to be in 4 days.
