Galata Greenland Hotel

A good hotel located conveniently for most tourist points of interest - close to Galata tower, Karakoy pier, and tram and M2 metro. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with toiletries, tea,coffee and water provided. Breakfast is served in a large rooftop room and is varied, delicious, and plentiful. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The area feels very safe and I would recommend it for solo (female) travellers.

The bathrooms could do with some repair work.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room. The walls of the rooms are very thin so we had problems sleeping at night, especially if other people turn on their jacuzzi, it's very loudy.. we also heared other people snoring.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially loved enjoying our breakfast with the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the city. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Good location, polite staff..

Noisy room you can hear people talking in the room next to you and in the corridor. My room was quite cold, it doesn't have central heating only air conditioner which didn't do good job had to stay under the blanket..
