The room was definitely clean.
The host was responsive day or night he was always there to answer.
The Tv is a nice addition, but be prepared with a usb with some movies or so.
The location is close to el mamsha but not close enough to the noisy part of it
The door locks needed some maintenace, the enterance and the bathroom would need some force to be opened and closed
Some cockroaches would sneak in from the little crack at the bottom of the enterance door (killed 3 of them) but it was ok not an infestation or so

We booked a triple room, it was as described in the photos and description.
It has freezing AC, a mini fridge, and a TV.
The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was clean and the water wasn't salty as in some hotels, it was groundwater I think so it was good, but indeed not drinkable
It has a sink with some dishes and a kettle.
The location is in the Tourist walkway so it's perfect and near everything you wanna go to.
The TV didn't have a receiver, and can't be mirrored by a mobile phone. So basically to use it you must have an anycast or a usb with some movies on it.

The property Is centric, easy to talk with the owner walkable distance for many points (stores, beach food, etc.) also easy to rent a bike around
No windows, the shower has little space. Cars can’t get there as it is a pedestrian street so for big luggage is an issue. I chose this property as I negotiated a late check out (1 hr after) he told me yes subject to availability, afterwards he offered me transportation to the airport but he needed to clean the room before we leave so it let me in an inconvenient situation, (he was accommodating things as his convenience) I had to cancel my morning plans and go early to the airport
