Great location and easy access to all amenities and shops, as well as easy commute throughout the city. Apartment is well equipped and shows great attention to detail and customer service was superb, very attentive and incredibly responsive to any queries.
Guests leaving the main access door open and the strong smell of cigarettes throughout the building. I know it is not something the host might have control over, but it is quite off putting.

Decent quality, nothing special but better than getting a hotel room and similar pricing.
The automated service. There were 3x key codes and you had to keep logging into the app to access them. Felt more complicated than it needed to be ie a lockbox.
NB the sofa bed in the delux room was really uncomfortable (borderline unusable). The main bed was great.

Close to the park and plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
Main bedroom spacious, has everything we needed. Comfortable and easy to access based on instructions.
The main hallway to the apartment was quite grubby and could do with a god wash. The bin lid popped up all the time and so has to place a heavy vase on top to keep down. Toilet seat wobbly. Floors in apartment could do with a wash.
