St Pancras Inn

We appreciated friendliness from staff members, and their promptness to respond to our needs. We loved the location, especially, how it was surrounded by Tesco (for any last minute grocery needs), train station, and variety of different restaurants and places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really felt comfortable navigating via train or buses due to its proximity. In addition, being able to drop off luggage to explore last few places in London before flying out later on the day is also always a plus. The bed was comfortable, and having the ability to change temperature as needed is a plus. We had traveling plug, so we were able to charge about 5 different devices the night before, and able to have all of our devices fully charged. We were able to keep ourselves pretty cool and comfortable temperature wise, and sleeping in a very comfortable bed and beddings. The room itself came with plenty of amenities including shampoo, body wash, and also shaving cream, and other toiletries that we brought with us, but having extra is always a plus.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, and i do want to make that point very strongly. It was just a bit of a cultural adjustment as it was first time for me to travel to Europe, and how compact everything was, even down to the trash bins. I do highly recommended getting deluxe so you have a bit more room. We had two luggage with us, and it fit our special needs perfectly. If there's anything that needs to be addressed or services, please do not hesitate to speak with the staff. They will accommodate everything very well.

everything was amazing. location was great

when I would give our room and it was in the basement my heart did sink but when we got to our room it had a huge skylight which could be controlled from the bedside. On the day of check out my daughter had a autistic meltdown, and totally shutdown (did too much the day before) the hotel staff were amazing and extended our check out by 1 hour, thank you so much, this really helped my daughter.

It's ok for one night if you need to be close to St. Pancras Int.

I slept poorly because I could hear the subway trains passing nearby. I woke up when the fire alarm went off.
