Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Mount Laurel Moorestown

The receptionist was nice to us and our dog, very welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean. We didn’t have time to use any amenities but everything seemed accessible and amazing. Our dog had plenty of space to walk outside, and we were very happy with the overall experience.

Stayed for 5 nights. They only cleaned the night before we left and that was only at our request . At least clean every other day. Yuk

I loved the breakfast

The manager was not nice they had a evacuation at 3am the staff never alerted me to evacuate I woke up to and smoke alarm going off and I had to call the Frontdesk to see was it a false alarm they said no you need to evacuate and It was not a fire it was a faulty smoke alarm i asked to be accommodated for waking me up out my sleep and having to stand outside the hotel almost a hour with A hip problem the manager was not understanding so for that i will not be coming back to that hotel i paid too much for my room to be treated like that.
