The stay in the hotel was fine. But we booked this hotel so we could sit by the pool and use the jacuzzi. We actually live 15 mins away, and the reason to come was to be together by the pool and jacuzzi. If the jacuzzi is out of order/closed, we should have been informed in advance. Also, 63 degrees for air conditioning should not be the default in the rooms. It is very bad for the environment.
