This condo has a nice open layout and easy to get in and out of with luggage, etc. for folks with knee problems. The 3 bedrooms were nice and the price was manageable. We liked being close to the pool and used it a lot. Overall, it was a nice week. However, there are several issues that are dealbreakers for any future stays in this condo. The multiple flights of steps and very long boardwalk to the beach made it hard to manage a wagon with beach chairs, a tent, and cooler. We were disappointed that we had no balcony to catch a glimpse of the ocean. In addition, we were unable to get any streaming services on the TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen could use more cooking pots, toast pans, bowls, etc. The Stewards from Roswell, GA

Excellent location so close to the beautiful wide, very walkable beach. Secure gated entry to the complex. Clean and roomy. Pool has a nice 8 ft deep end. For the cost charged the unit needs some updating- better cookware, fitted sheets that fit the beds as they were for a deep pocket but the mattress was about 8 inches, so they are very loose. None of the sinks had a stopper. New pad for the lounge chair. A smart TV. The location is close to lots of restaurants, St. Augustine and has a laid back vibe.

So close to the beach, so beautiful!

Condo was sized to our needs complex was under maintained pool didn’t seem to be the cleanest but was not horrible
