The accommodation
The house is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area, with a dedicated parking space (free) and a garden of 120 m2.
On the first floor, a beautiful living room of 40 m2 consists of a kitchen/dining room and a very bright living room with large bay windows. A bedroom with its shower room area as well as a laundry room and toilet (with washbasin) complete the first floor.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed/2 people and its balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 beds/1 person (suitable for children - room of 7 m2) and a bathroom with WC.
On the wooden terrace, garden furniture with a bench, armchairs and a coffee table accompany moments of relaxation.
And to enjoy the garden, a table with 8 armchairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs and 2 parasols. A Weber barbecue is also available.
You can also enjoy the 6 armchairs and beach umbrella.
Other remarks
Rental for a maximum of 6 people (child/baby included). During the summer period, we prefer a minimum of 2 weeks rental.
Tent canvas prohibited.
