The property was lovely and as advertised. Host made arrival very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We would love to stay again!

This was such a great find! We had 3 families meet here and the 3 king bedroom suites were really lovely for the adults. I didn’t realize that all the bedrooms in fact have en suites, which was a nice surprise. Kitchen: this was the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. It had bakeware, cookware, plenty of gadgets including a hand mixer, lots of plates, etc. The coffee is drip or k cup. Plenty of storage too for all the food we brought and bought! *Publix has an app and delivered to me for free which was so nice after driving all day to get here! The table seats 8 easily plus the island seats another 6 or so. We had plenty of room and could easily enjoy family meals together and play board games afterwards.Basement: this had the bunk room and all the games. My kids hardly left this space! They really loved having their own area to themselves. As nice as the interior is, the view though was the absolute best. I couldn’t get enough of it, and just as it got dark then there were fireworks every night from Dollywood! All 3 king bedrooms had balcony access and mountain views.

If having a pool is important be sure pool is open and available for use during your visit. Pool was important to us but was not clear that pool was not open until May 15.Disappointing

The house was very clean and had beautiful views that we really enjoyed. There was also lots of room for everyone. The keypad lock never worked during our stay, which was a little frustrating because we had 8 people to coordinate 1 key with the entire trip. The host said she would work on that when we arrived, but never heard back about it. In addition, we reached out to the host twice prior to our trip to make sure the pool would be available for the kids because that was why we chose this house. We were told it would but it was not filled/available during our stay. This was very disappointing. Lastly, it took on average 4-8 hours to get a response from the host. Minus these issues it was a very nice home.
