Excellent stay. The house is old and quirky, but the caretakers are super nice!!

I wasn't expecting it to be in a basement, and it's a bit of a tight fit down there, but overall was cozy and worked for what I needed! If you're looking for a place to hang out at during the day, it's dark and small. But if you're looking for a place to just sleep and get ready in the morning, it works perfect! That's all I needed was a night time place to rest, so it was great for my needs!

Nice little apt. Communication issues with Evolve-without wifi the first couple days. Overall good.

The room was clean, but the odor was unbearable. The blanket was dirty and dingy. The only time we spent in the room was to sleep so it was a good price, but you might want to consider changing it the carpet for the smell
