The apartment was spacious and location is good.
The apartment is dated, wallpaper teared at few locations and few bedside lamps was broken. The unit number on the wall was missing and we need to guess before we went in. The washing machine got dryer function, but cannot do drying alone which is abit not user friendly.

clear instructions. super fast response. house is beyond expectation, perfect & superb
the access cards for for parking is so annoying. every time the security guards or other residence who happened to pass by have to help me to lift the barricade. card access for lift & door function well. i guess u need to replace the access card for the parking

Accessible and easy check-in. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, are clean. The security guards are friendly too. Safe environment
The apartment needed upkeeping, and a change of furniture would be great as the sofa has been worn out and has stains on it. The wallpaper is peeling off too. The washing machine's dryer doesn't work and had o dry the clothes manually. The bidet doesn't have a head as well. Really need to upgrade and change alot of things in the apartment
