This home was easy to find, comfortable and clean. We were welcomed with some homemade baked goods - which were delicious. The home was super clean and comfortable with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend especially for large groups!

The overall cleanliness was good and the check in process was easy. The kitchen needs a little updating with a working oven and the faucet was pretty hard to use as it was very loose and wouldn’t turn off very easily. If the weather is expected to be warm during your stay (summer months) there is no air conditioning. Sleeping in the basement was a little cooler though and each bedroom had a fan. Depends on your comfort level. Overall it was a good place to accommodate our group with a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and some snacks on the counter.

James was helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. House was clean with all necessities.

For the price, you’ll get an adequate, basic place with lots of room and six full beds. The positives of this place are that it has loads of room—lots of beds (and they are comfortable) and two kitchen and living room areas—one up and one down.Although it is located on a bare corner lot in a heavily residential area—no parks, playgrounds, or green space really close by—it was very quiet when we stayed. This seems like a place suited for multiple-people work crews or recreational visitors who just want a place to sleep over. The ambience is a bit lacking: the place does need a more thorough cleaning and organizing of kitchen amenities (pots, pans, utensils) and functional soap dispensers.
