The villa, with 260 square meters of living space, consists of two separate apartments, each measuring 130 square meters, and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms with showers. A hair dryer and toiletries are provided in every bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with an Android flat-screen TV. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, and bathrobes are also provided. In addition, the villa features two fully equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms.
Each of the two living rooms has a sleeper sofa and dining seating for 6 people. The two open-concept kitchens are equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes.
There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a steam iron, and an ironing board.
A smaller section of the villa is set up as a studio, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a ceramic cooktop, and a bathroom.
