This house exceeded our expectations. We had three families in the home for a getaway; 6 adults, 7 kids and there was plenty of space for us all. The home is spacious, beautiful and has plenty of entertainment. We were here for 5 days are really wished we would have stayed for at least a week. The kids and adults loved the dock and spending time in the river. We loved watching the eagles fly above us and the beavers swim in front of us. We walked and found the beaver dams which everyone loved seeing. In the evenings the deck was a great place to hangout and we enjoyed playing pool in the basement. The kids loved the little tent area. It was 36 degrees one day while we were there and the air conditioning worked amazing to keep us cool. The hosts went above beyond and were very responsive when we had any questions. We are already planning when we can all meet again and rent out this home. Thank you to the hosts for absolutely exceeding expectations!

Overall the property was AMAZING! Such a great get away from the city. The amount of things that are provided to do during your stay (house amenities, outdoor toys, spots to hangout etc) were underestimated on our part! Some things to note - the closest mainstream grocery is in Newport, if you are looking to ‘run’ while on vacay (the driveway to the main road and back is .6 miles), make sure you sit out and watch the stars (so beautiful!), there was a local herring and 2 bald eagles that flew over us the whole time while in the water! Though the river was low due to time of year we made the most of it and the house was awesome! The only constructive feedback was how well the AC worked - it was COLD. This in reality is a positive to know that the windows in the house and the AC operate effectively. Thank you for an amazing time!

We have stayed 2 yrs in a row. This home is perfect for our yearly girls trip! Its a beautiful home and property. If you forgot something, odds are they have it! We love this home and will be back again! Thank you Christine and Phil!

5Stars all the way. This is a wonderful property and so well-equipped. The owners are super responsive. We will be back!
