Our stay was great. Stephen was an excellent host - proactive, responsive and genuinely caring. The house was great - charming and conducive to hanging out. And the location was close to downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove - around a 10 min drive, probably walkable for most without young kids to manage. Recommend!

It was a wonderful time. Steve and Rebecca were very responsive whenever we needed something. There were lots of activities for our kids to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house! The host was there to greet us and it was great to get a tour of this beautiful home. A mix of old and new and so charming! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and large enough to have four cooks in the kitchen at once. The grill was new and the yard was a postcard. Daily visitors included deer and turkeys. The covered back deck was perfect for morning coffee and after dinner cocktails with family. The suggestions for places to purchase lobster and steak for grilling were on point. Walkable to Perkins Cove and a short drive to the beach. The hosts left gifts for the littles (age 2.5 yo and 4 mo) and they were so thoughtful and age appropriate. We felt like family and will hopefully continue to make memories at this beloved house!

From the start, the host went above and beyond—after I mentioned looking forward to quality time with the kids, she surprised us with age-appropriate gifts that made everyone feel welcome and excited.The location was perfect: just a short and scenic walk to Perkins Cove, where we enjoyed beautiful views and charming shops. The host also printed out a parking pass for a day trip we’d planned, which saved us time and stress.Her attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness made all the difference. We felt completely at home and cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—this trip set a new standard for family vacations!
