The location and the rental was excellent. The house was just right for our family get away. However checking in was a hassle make sure you send in every guest that is a possible driver before check in. And I know life and error happened. My family and rode through that gate five times because our name wasn’t on the list after contacting the host. But I was l livid when the sergeant at the gate told me to go to the 7-Eleven down the street and call the host that was a bit too much for me. It wasn’t the host it was the Sergeant customer service. Also if you arrive early expect to wait because their isn’t know early check in. Over all our stay was great.

Our stay at this home was excellent! We had a great time there. When we arrived it was very clean and organized, and we were received with a welcome kit with snacks. The amenities are great, there’s a lot to do with the pool, the gaming room and the cinema. Something to highlight is the property manager’s fast response to our requests. Their attention was great! It is worth to recognize Master Vacation Homes. We would 100% recommend staying at this house.

The property and Host made my birthday one to remember!! Everything was so nice and exactly as described. My chef was also able to cook and set up nicely! I will definitely be booking again
