As it's difficult to find places with enough rooms for us, our adult children & their families to all have private spaces, this property seemed to have everything we were looking for! The beds were comfortable and the walkout decks provided great views, but bathroom showers were tiny with low shower heads (even I had to get limber enough for a sketchy backbend at 5'2) and water pressure/temperature were hit or miss. The kitchen had enough fridge space to accommodate our needs as we typically pack lunches for days out hiking, and we were able to make do with the provided pots, pans, baking sheets and utensils. Dining tables pushed together fit all of us for meals/games. It's a bummer that rentals only come with limited amounts of paper products, dish soap, etc - for a group of 13 we expected to have at least a few more dishwasher pods and trash bags than the 2 provided. If management isn't aware, we had no dish towels - the roll of cheap paper towels was quickly used. That all being said, we very much enjoyed the view, proximity to hiking and the Cades Cove area. We did have rather large visitors that broke into a car, but thankfully did no real damage. It was amazing to see them walking around the property and watching us - it's pretty obvious that people feed them (we did not). The paw prints on top of the hot tub cover convinced us that we really didn't need a soak after dark! Ultimately we had a great time w/ family and that's really what we wanted. Thanks for having us!

Nice peaceful location with easy access to everything you need to enjoy your vacation in the Smokey Mountains. A great place to make lasting memories with family and friends.

Hot tub was lovely for our size group, only complaint that it wasn't maintained during our stay.

Only half the bedrooms had hot water and good water pressure contacted maintenance they responded and attempted to resolve problem system needs upgraded other than that place was good and yes it is haunted
