Great neighborhood if you want to be away from the fray.
5-8 min walk to Evangelismos subway.
Would not describe as superior! Very average.
Bathroom nice – good shower. Step to go into bathroom.
Double bed and sofabed comfortable. Shower very good.
Kitchenette ok, with plates and silverware for 3 people. Small fridge. Kettle. No microwave. No pan for the toaster oven.
Key in lock box. Got combination by WhatsApp and all was straightforward. Oddly, host set messages to expire after 24 hrs (when we were staying for 48 hours!) so then we did not have the combo to lock keys away. If you need to refer to messages later make sure you save them or write them down.

Owner's were very nice. Went out of their way to help me.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The neighbourhood is convenient with a metro station and lots of restaurants nearby.
