Let us introduce you to this independent and new mini villa of 50m2 and its terrace of 35m2: small but perfectly designed to be comfortable and openings all overlooking the sea: to the left, to the right, it is everywhere! And all ideally located: 2 steps from the beach of St Cyprien and its shops (5 minutes by car), and that of Pinarello (10 minutes by car) (and not only!)
Softness, voluptuousness and comfort, these are the ingredients we have put in this adorable mini villa.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet, a closet, a 160 cm bed with Emma bedding (you will love it). Each has its own bay window that opens onto the terrace, and its own sea view!
A fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher (yes I know, definition of happiness) etc, a cozy living room and icing on the cake: a video projector! The children in front of a series, the parents at the aperitif!
And of course, this terrace: do you prefer your rosé in the garden furniture or on a deckchair?!
And to accompany this little glass, what could be better than a few barbecued meats, to be enjoyed between strawberry trees and sea view...
