This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our office adjoins the space, but your privacy is of the upmost importance. If you like nostalgia, you'll love this property. In the mid 1940's this building was once the very popular Tremain Brothers Lunchroom, and the main road through Jefferson City was present day McCarty. Jefferson City natives fully recognize the location as the Tremain Building, so named today.

This was fine for our overnight to Jefferson City. We were able to walk to the Capitol and the area around it. The place was mostly clean-there was a dirt stain on the bath mat that was obvious and unattractive. The air conditioning controls are in a lock box and you are unable to control the room temperature. Also, there was food in the freezer, which made it feel like we had kicked someone out of their living space. If you need a hair dryer, bring your own-there is not one on the property.

Love seat has stain on it open microwave door and there is a screw and metal pin layer under the door tell me was not cleaned. Could not get internet the first night due to host does not know password using default password instead change it to something simple like business stay. Snack are outdated going to get someone sick. I slim has a date 2019 . Would not stay again. I have been staying around unit in Jefferson City all was nice for the same price range.
