Located in a quiet residential area with just a short drive to local beaches, the harbor, and downtown Gold Beach.

Another 5 star visit to this property. It never disapoints.

The host was welcoming, the place was very nice. Close and convenient to beach and town. Will certainly recommend.

Rental was clean. Many windows missing screens. There was no AC, and no cross ventilation unless you wanted moths or spiders in the window. No grill. Listing said 2 showers. When we got into the unit we found 1 full bathroom with a shower and one half bath with a toilet and no bathtub or shower..I have rented thru VRBO many times. This is the least satisfactory experience I have had.
